of the following scenes can be
reached by biking, hiking or rafting
downriver
from the retreat, which is highly recommended since the first
few miles both above and below the retreat are the most scenic as
a whole. While
the river is generally calm downstream,
immediately upstream offers more
rocks
and white water.
